The vibe here is really cool, breakfasts are tasty and generous, but that's where the positives end. It was dirty; I asked for the spiderwebs above the bed to be removed, but no one did because they said the information wasn’t passed on. Poor communication among staff. It seemed everything was worse.

The bed was huge and the mattress excellent. The room was clean, well‑located, and had good sound insulation. I liked being able to choose the lighting intensity. The staff were very welcoming, and there’s a handy bot that lets you ask questions online instead of calling reception. On check‑in they gave me a nice birthday gift. The breakfast was decent, but the selection was limited – only three sweet options, two of which were fish, and only sausages from meat. The toast was always over‑toasted and you couldn’t get utensils, just grab and bite, which was uncomfortable. The in‑room toilet didn’t close from the inside, which I wish I’d known beforehand. There was no separate gel and shampoo, just a combined one. The bathtub drain was not tight and water always leaked out. Overall the downsides were minor, but the price is high, so the flaws stand out more.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The kitchen and bar were amazing, and the reception ladies always offered help and guidance with orders or requests. The interiors were gorgeous.
