The coffee station was the best I’ve ever had, and the space felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. It was close to The Dock for a great dinner, but the surrounding neighborhood was a bit run down. The bed was a little firm.

We enjoyed the comfy bed and the facilities—hot tub, sauna, a usable kitchen, and the breakfast goodies. The location was excellent, right next to the river on a quiet street.

The shower and toilet were the best we found in four weeks in Canada—clean, functional, everything in its place, and the shower had a separate temperature and flow control plus a hand shower so you’re not suddenly hit with cold water. The front desk was impersonal but it worked.

The place was affordable, let us in early, and the host replied quickly. However, a stale smoke smell lingered in the non‑smoking building, the HVAC was noisy, and trains ran close by.
