I always choose this hotel when I need to stay in Alabang because it’s set back from the main road, so it doesn’t suffer from traffic noise and offers excellent rest quality. The staff is exceptional, courteous, polite, and speaks perfect English. The breakfast is fantastic, and overall everything the hotel offers surpasses my expectations. The Wi‑Fi often asks for a re‑login.

Living in Time City is a huge advantage; the neighborhood offers everything from a gym and pool to shops and restaurants, and the hospital is only 100 m away while the massive underground mall sits just over 50 m from the hotel.

Staying at this hotel is always a pleasure, and I’ve stopped changing my destination for Manila every time I travel there—often. The staff are exceptional and go to great lengths to meet guests’ needs. Because I travel to the Philippines frequently, I’ve asked to leave extra luggage at the hotel and each time I’ve appreciated their professionalism. Breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are very quiet. A few minor bathroom glitches occurred, but nothing serious.

The breakfast is absolutely perfect because you can choose between a continental option and several Asian options. The buffet is always restocked even when there are large crowds. There’s a corner where a chef prepares various omelettes on the spot, and the front‑desk staff are very attentive and competent. I would like the Wi‑Fi password not to have to be entered every time I connect.

The room was decent and clean, and I enjoyed a nice view of the front road. I suffered from allergies due to the linens—I forgot to request that my linens be free of fabric conditioner (MY BAD!). I should have parked outside the property; the basement parking was too steep and the corners are quite hard to navigate. Park at your own (sanity) risk!
