The place was clean, but the room and pool were tiny, and the male breakfast staff seemed annoyed and unhelpful.

The staff were amazing—friendly and very helpful, yet the air‑conditioning unit wouldn’t shut off; the room stayed at 80 degrees and was freezing, so we had to move, but the new room had the same problem, leaving my 1‑year‑old baby so cold that she had to sleep with us and we got no rest.
