The hotel is clean and the access information was clear and helpful. The room is close to the highway, so there’s a lot of noise that makes it hard to sleep, and the bed is also hard.

The hotel is close to KLIA and near food spots. Everything else is good. I love the property and the accommodation, just need to change the bed because it’s sagging – it should be replaced ASAP for a better guest experience.
