“Good”
The caravan was great, but you had to pay by card in the shop and for entertainment.
“Good value for money.”
The staff were friendly, the area was quiet and very close to the coastal path, there was free safe parking, and it was good value for money.
“Close to Brixham, but very worn and dirty chalet .”
The place is close to Brixham, but the chalet was absolutely filthy – I had to buy my own cleaning supplies – it was in a very dilapidated and dirty state.

The only entertainment that night was a young guitarist; the lady in a stripy outfit looked like she was wearing underwear while singing, which was unacceptable. The caravan was the furthest away after I asked for something closer following my hip replacement, and it absolutely smelled of dog.
Caravan was good size and clean. Had a bar, food and activities every thing you need just not in any way modern. The park is dated. Swimming pool is functional but basic. Entertainment staff were not 100% enthusiastic. Good choice of activities but doesnt compare to say a haven site
