The staff were incredibly kind, the Austrian hotel itself was charming, the food was good, and the rooms were cozy. The only downside? It was pretty much exactly what I expected, nothing extra.

The team was very friendly and our stay was a real pleasure. We came as a family of four, with kids aged 11 and 14, and spent afternoons and evenings in the pool and saunas. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious, and we appreciated the free coffee and cake available all afternoon.
