The location was good, but there was outside noise that you quickly got used to.

The hotel was well‑situated on Cunda Adası, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We could drive up to the hotel to unload luggage, but then had to park elsewhere at our own expense. I dropped my debit card in the lobby, but the staff returned it later, which I appreciated. The hotel room was spacious, though the balcony was very small. The shower and bathroom urgently need renovation, and it takes a long time for hot water to arrive. The fridge didn’t work and the beds were uncomfortable, but the air‑conditioner worked fine. Overall, the hotel’s location was very good, but the shower and bathroom still need urgent renovation and the hot water delay remains an issue.

The proximity to the city center was great, but the parking for cars was problematic.
