The location was solid and the room was spacious. When booking we were presented with two options: one that included breakfast and another, pricier one that promised a parking spot. We chose the latter because we were driving a rental car and wanted a secure, dedicated place to park. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no reserved spot; we were simply told to park on the street where anyone could. That felt misleading. We could have taken the cheaper breakfast‑included option and parked the car in the same spot. From a guest’s point of view, a booking that says “includes 1 parking spot” should mean an actual reserved space, not just public street parking. Another small annoyance was that we received only one roll of toilet paper, which seemed a bit scant. Aside from those points, the property itself was lovely and the location was great; the parking arrangement just needs clearer communication at the time of booking.
The place was well‑located and spotless.

Everything was perfect: central location, beautifully maintained property, very comfortable bed, gorgeous city view, plentiful and varied breakfast, staff always friendly and helpful, a special thanks to Virginia. Highly recommended for a stay in this lovely city.
The B&B sits in a superb location and the terrace offers a stunning view. The bathroom needs better upkeep: the sink drain was clogged and it took a long time for hot water to reach the taps and shower.
