The staff were liked, we were checked in early because a room was ready, and everyone explained and suggested places to visit. To be completely happy we just needed a kettle in the room (though it wasn't listed in the amenities). However, downstairs there is a machine where you can buy coffee or water.

The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and worth recommending; it’s just a few hundred meters from Palić beach where there are cafés and bars with sunbeds and umbrellas. We stayed in an apartment equipped with everything needed for a relaxing break. The pool has thermal water that soothes muscles and the body, positively affecting the skeletal‑muscular system and skin conditions, and the water in the pool changes frequently. The sauna is Finnish and the jacuzzi tubs complete the spa experience. A massage therapist who really knows his job was also available. Overall we enjoyed everything! Special thanks to the front‑desk ladies and to Mrs. Snežana, the hotel manager, who proactively made our stay and our time in Palić better. Thank you, Snežana, for everything! From all that, I honestly and sincerely recommend this accommodation; we will definitely return! Sofija and Bane

The staff were friendly and helpful, the thermal pool and relaxation areas were great, and the location was perfect for walking by the lake, visiting wineries, and finding good food.
