The apartment is modern and nicely furnished, yet the price isn’t fair because the equipment is lacking; we would have liked some coffee pods at the start, since you never know which ones you need, and a basic supply of pepper, salt and sugar. In other rentals we’ve found a bottle of water in the fridge, here there’s only a yawning emptiness. We had a few hot days, so a sun umbrella for the small terrace would have been useful. German‑speaking guests should know that none of the 36 channels received is in German. Those who think they can see the sea from the houseboat or jump into the water will be disappointed—the houseboat sits at the very back of the harbor, the view is of luxury yachts and the harbor water isn’t inviting for swimming.
