The hotel sits close to Pratunam market and the Platinum shopping centre, and there are plenty of Indian restaurants nearby. The coin‑operated laundry is very handy and clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The road to the hotel isn’t very convenient for luggage, and sometimes the traffic can be a bit dangerous when crossing the street.

The breakfast was only average, but the coffee was excellent. The location isn’t great.

My stay was generally pleasant, with a clean room and excellent service from the front desk and buggy staff. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. They even accommodated my request for a high floor, which I appreciated. However, there was one minor issue - the bathroom would flood after each shower, possibly due to the design of the bathtub and drainage system.

The hotel's warm hospitality and spacious rooms made for a great stay. Although it's located a bit off the main tourist area, they offer a convenient buggy service or you can easily grab a taxi or walk out.

I enjoyed the hotel's great location and cute atmosphere, and the reception staff were very helpful. However, the free breakfast was a letdown - the yogurt in the buffet was expired, and the sugary juices didn't seem fresh.
