“Comfortable Stay”

1) Location, 2) Staff is just ok. 3) They arranged utensils for boiling drinking water. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. They didn't get the washroom cleaned after our 3 requests

“Overall stay was horrible and we couldn’t wait for the trip to end.”

Nothing about the place was enjoyable. The stay was terrible because of unhygienic conditions and rude staff. We had booked two air‑conditioned rooms but only got one AC room and one non‑AC room, which later got a cooler added. When we asked for fresh bedsheets, the staff said none were available. The washrooms were filthy, and the rooms smelled so bad we had to keep the doors open for fresh air. It was the worst experience we’ve had.

They declined our stay, claiming it was an offline booking. They said we could talk to them for a refund but couldn’t give us a room. After a lot of emails and phone calls they still wouldn’t refund us according to policy. If they don’t process the refund soon I’ll take it to a higher authority through the consumer forum. The staff’s behavior was rude, the booking was declined after we reached out, and the whole chain of Fab holets couldn’t offer any alternative rooms or give feedback.
