This site is fraudulent. When I reached out to the hotel, the staff member asked me to pay an advance of Rs.1590/-. I paid Rs.1500/- via GPay as an advance. The person never sent a confirmation or receipt. When I followed up, they asked me to send Rs.1590/- again. Cheating is happening on this website; it should be reported to cybercrime.

I paid half of the amount in advance, but the hotel rejected my reservation and said they had no update; I ended up paying double and still stayed there.

I never had a direct contact with this hotel. My booking was confirmed at first, then cancelled by the hotel just before check‑in, forcing me to find another place on short notice. The price listed on the website was wrong, which caused the hotel to cancel my booking—a frustrating experience. I paid a room‑blocking fee, yet the hotel still had no record of my stay, so I lost my money and have no idea where it went. Sending a message to the property only triggers automated replies; no human is available to resolve the issue.
