“Only stayed 7 hrs because or our arrival time then found alternative accommodation”

The place sits in a decent area, but the property itself was poorly maintained; the rooms shown online were not what we received, and the pillows were just foam cut into pieces, not very hygienic. The rooms felt dated, with two beds and a cabinet in the middle, dirty floors, and showers with mould at the bottom. The stairwell was filthy, looking as if someone had been ill and it was left to dry out.

Suzanne, her husband, and the rest of the staff made us feel extremely welcome, always polite and helpful whenever needed. The pool area was so peaceful, and we never had trouble finding a sunbed. Breakfast was excellent, and they even made us a lovely cheese omelette upon request. We dined at the restaurant one evening, as we always do when visiting Hissaranu, and the setting was beautiful. My lamb shank was delicious. We would gladly return; Suzanne and her husband are wonderful, and the entire staff are a credit to them.

“Perfect for what I wanted from the holiday, easy walking to all facilities and great value for money”

The location was superb, though evenings could get noisy from nearby pubs and clubs; closing the patio doors quickly shut out the sound. The air‑con, wi‑fi, and shower were all excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were great!

“Fantastic stay, would definitely come back”

The staff were incredibly nice and did everything they could for us. My mum has mobility issues, and they were so helpful and caring. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like, though it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, but that was a minor issue.

I like the location near the market, but the breakfast is the same every day with no variation; add juices and change the fruit selection. Rooms are not cleaned well when needed.
