The property met all our expectations. The restaurant is great and the service by Marcin is absolutely fantastic. There was nothing missing.

A single night on the Vello Dunajec route was a great spot to rest and relax, thanks to the pool, sauna, and view of the Beskid Wyspowy.

Everything was clean, brand new, and the breakfasts were great. I’d add regional cheeses. I recommend meeting Mr. Marcin from the bar‑restaurant team—he’s very polite, shares knowledge about the area, and knows his job. He represents the property well. The pool, spa jacuzzi, and salt sauna are all done with taste. We’ll return. Krzysztof. There was nothing wrong, just positives.

The location was very good and the views were nice, but the hotel has a banquet hall and we happened to be there when a loud party turned into a fight. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it happened.
