Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
It was a very quiet and short stay. We were guests at a family event on the premises. The only slight downside that was almost unavoidable was the kitchen smell in the stairwell, which definitely came from the restaurant kitchen. The rooms had no issues and were well ventilated.

I spent one night and was overall satisfied. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the bed was completely fine. A spare key would have been nice.

The units are very idyllic, housed in old mining buildings, with good mattresses and shower gel and hand soap provided. Checking in was very cumbersome (the reception was nowhere marked and the property is very spread out!); it ultimately happened in the breakfast restaurant between the door and the corner. Towels, bed making, and bathroom cleaning were not done! At night, we were kindly given fresh towels (with the remark that the rest is not intended 🤔)… for a price of 202€ (without breakfast!) for 2 nights, that should have been standard! Bottom line: a nice, small place with room for improvement in service.

The on-site restaurant had an excellent kitchen. The breakfast was very basic. Facilities were reduced (e.g., no hair dryer). At night, loud house music played from a room on the premises (over two nights, during the Pentecost weekend, until after midnight).
