The hotel was a waste; the beds, room cleaning, and bedsheets were all poor.

The lift was not working and the staff were unhelpful, so I had to carry my luggage all the way up to the 4th floor alone, and the room was not clean at all.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. However, the room itself was a different story - the bed had a strong smell, and there was a leak in the bathroom. It's a shame, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be great. As it stands, it's not a great place to stay.
