The room was very spacious and had a washing machine, but the street-facing window was unfortunately noisy until the early hours.

The hotel sits in a lovely part of Mestia with good restaurants, shops and an ATM just around the corner, yet the staff were unfriendly and the beds were very saggy.

The hotel is charming and the staff are friendly, but the water constantly dripped from the tank in the bathroom, something seemed broken, and the chandelier didn’t work while bedside lamps did; otherwise it was clean, the bedding fresh, and a three‑night stay was quite fine.
