A warm welcome from an English‑speaking staff, a spacious room for two with a fridge, kettle, coffee, and tea, a clean and roomy bathroom, and a less touristy neighborhood packed with shops and restaurants, with the Lotte Mall not far—perfect.

The front desk lady speaks Chinese and is very friendly; I’ll choose this place again if I go to the concert in Sanzhou.

The hotel is close to the Silk Studio Sports Hall for concerts and not far from KSPO, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around; the room has all the expected facilities, is clean and quiet, and the front‑desk staff are very polite and patient—definitely coming back next time.

I spent a fantastic week at Hotel Pharos; the room was comfy, the spot was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the place stayed very clean—Min Ji at the front desk was an outstanding host!
