The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, restaurant, indoor games room, tennis courts, and free parking, near Salzburg Airport and Zoo.

The sauna area was new and very modern, but towels were missing in the sauna, the reception staff were unfriendly, a toilet seat was too small for the basin and the flush kept running constantly for months while the basin was already brown, and the pool was dirty.

Not a lot of amenities! The shower was okay, but otherwise the room was old and the furniture was a bit worn. The carpet in the room had hair in the bathroom!

The Jumparena and indoor play area were great for kids, and the breakfast was very good. The place is very noisy; teens slam doors and don’t follow any rules.

Breakfast was good, the room was fine, and the staff were very helpful. One side of the mattress was sagging, but that wasn’t a problem because I slept on the other side. Overall, I would recommend it.
