The location and price were good, but two guests had used bath towels on hooks behind the bath door and left hotel soap in the shower; the HVAC fan under the window only ran at super‑fast speed, making loud wind noises and no slower setting was available; I never saw an ice machine at check‑in or anywhere else, and a huge roach was in the dining area during breakfast.

The bed felt amazing and the rooms looked nice, yet there was no extra toilet paper, conditioner, or body wash in the bathrooms.

Ground level and easy to get to, breakfast was included but the selection was weak, and we couldn't find an ice machine even though the signage pointed us toward one.
