BB Domus Catanzaro

“Excellent B&B close to Policlinico Germaneto.”

We stayed at this property for 7 days at the beginning of September. The accommodation was very comfortable, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. Our host Francesca and her daughter Allessandra were extremely helpful and informative about the area, doing everything possible to ensure we had everything we needed. Being close to the Germaneto hospital was important to us, and this location was ideal—just a 3‑minute drive away. We enjoyed a relaxing evening swim in the pool on a hot day, which helped us unwind and appreciate this lovely place even more. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was as you would hope it would be. Thank you so much, Francesca. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property is huge, well maintained, and surrounded by greenery. The room was clean, furnished with new and very comfortable equipment, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were kind and friendly. Absolutely recommended.

A spacious room and bathroom, the owner and daughter were very friendly, and the breakfast was nice. The location is close to a busy highway, so if you leave the window open you can hear the traffic.

“Durch die extrem positiven Bewertungen, doch enttäuschend.”

The accommodation has air conditioning, which was very useful, and the staff were also nice. The location is directly on the highway; you can reach the city quickly by car, but the environment suffered because of the noise. For one night it was acceptable.
