The place was pretty basic, but everything worked fine and it was a great deal for the price.

The location and access were okay. The place is decent but I just don’t get ratings of 8 or 9. The mattress was stained and dirty, and there was no soap or shampoo provided. Air‑conditioning was an extra charge (XD) at a reception that had no staff. The walls are ceramic so you can hear everything. You can sleep there, but overall it’s an average place that doesn’t deserve an 8.9 rating; for a few more zlotys you could get a much better standard. I wouldn’t choose this spot knowing how it looks in person, and I’m not especially picky.

The room was cozy and clean with a bathroom, and guests had full access to a well‑equipped kitchen and dining area.

Because of our oversight, we had extra questions, but constant communication with the hotel administration and very quick, friendly, high‑quality solutions helped us. The staff’s professionalism was top‑level. We absolutely liked everything.

The kitchenette was great, with tables for eating and a fridge, and it was close to Żabka.
