The location is very good, it’s convenient to reach the Coliseum and there are some places nearby for breakfast and dinner. The room is on a floor with three other rooms, there is no reception (you have to notify that you’re arriving so someone can meet you). The bathroom is inside the room, it’s small and only one person can shower at a time. I had informed them two months before that my flight would arrive at midnight and asked if they could receive me at 1 am, but they didn’t reply. A month later they contacted me to ask about my arrival time, I told them the same thing, but I still didn’t get a response, and this happened three more times. Finally, they answered a day before my arrival and told me they couldn’t receive us and that I should find another place to sleep. We had to arrange a last‑minute stay on our own. With the hotel, we arranged to get a refund for the first night, and they refunded a smaller amount. We stayed only two nights. Although they were polite when we arrived, the annoyance was already there.

We had a good experience with the accommodation in Rome! Overall, we found it offered great value for money, especially because of its location near the Coliseum and Termini station, which was excellent for our trip. The location is truly one of its strengths. For those arriving by airport and using Termini station, the accommodation is about a 10‑minute walk away. There are also bus stops nearby, a metro station on the side street, plus markets and cafés close by, which makes the stay very convenient. The accommodation is inside a residential building, and the room met our needs well. It was spacious and comfortable, with a good bed, air‑conditioning, and a suitable bathroom. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and were satisfied with our choice. As an improvement, we think they could pay a bit more attention to bathroom cleanliness, especially in the shower area where we noticed mold. Despite this detail, we liked the accommodation and consider it a good option for those looking for a well‑located place in Rome with comfort and good value.

The apartment’s location is very good, the metro station is 5 minutes away, and there are cafés and shops right nearby. I saw the host for 2 minutes, he handed me the keys, took the money and nothing more. The other three rooms are close together, and you can hear every tap of water, getting out of bed, and other noises. The toiletries were a large tube of shampoo and liquid soap, not individual bottles. The apartment is quite dark and gloomy.

I appreciated the constant supply of water bottles, coffee, iron, and dryer – those little touches really mattered. However, they marked me as absent from the property, possibly to tarnish my rating, even though no penalty was applied and I don’t understand why they did that.
