“Waren enttäuscht!”
The gardens were very attractive and well kept. The grill couldn’t be used because of contamination and general condition. The beach chairs were rotten. Other outdoor furniture was old, rotten, and not cleaned. The pool was full of bird droppings. The interior of the main building wasn’t cleaned properly; we spent several hours cleaning it ourselves. Hot water in the main building wasn’t available for the first two days. The pump was unplugged and broken. The bed linen had stains, so we had to wash it ourselves. The washing machine and dryer area was a garbage dump from previous bookings. The kitchen equipment was not inviting to use, but we decided to use it anyway. The location was not appealing, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was absolutely not suitable.
