The pub staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and happy to help. The food was good, and after a long day playing sport in Mudgee, the bar felt like a welcome retreat. The rooms were a bit noisy because of the festivities downstairs.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The noise from the pub crowd below was loud and raucous, not dropping until after 11pm, so it wasn’t a quiet family stay.

The entry door lock was loose and hard to remove the key, so it should be replaced. The fridge was set to maximum and the milk was frozen.
