Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The breakfast was good. The biggest problem was hygiene: the room was infested with moths on the walls, around our belongings, and in the living area. Such insect presence is unacceptable in a rental and shows clear lack of maintenance.

The environment was noisy, the cleaning seemed excessive, and the towels and pillows carried a damp odor.

Climbing that custom metal staircase was a highlight, and the hosts were warm and welcoming.

The location was fine. The place was only moderately clean; it felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel, and there was no separate entrance.

The owner was friendly and the city location, bathroom, terrace, and quiet were positives. However, there was no hot water at the sink, the staircase was a hazard for people with disabilities, the bed was awkwardly positioned against the wall, there was no air conditioning, and the house’s placement forced a detour down the street, plus the room’s views were disappointing.
