The breakfast was decent and the food overall good, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a bit dirty, the room service could use improvement, and the bathroom wasn’t clean and could use an upgrade.

The ambience felt special, and Mr Rao was especially helpful. One of the receptionists was a bit unfriendly at first.

The property is large enough to offer most of the amenities expected at a four‑star hotel, but the room’s interior feels very old and poorly maintained.

The building is gorgeous for photos, and the activity/play area works well for both adults and kids. I had a Thali for lunch, which was tasty, and the breakfast buffet was also good. The reception manager was polite, helpful, and always smiling.
