A stunning spot tucked among vineyards near a shrine, with rooms that are very beautiful and tastefully furnished. The on‑site restaurant serves excellent food and their own wine, and the waiter in the dining room is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is also good, with fresh items, but it’s served at the table without asking any preferences or explaining how it works. The room lacks a mini‑fridge and there isn’t enough space in the bathroom to hang towels. The concept of hospitality also needs rethinking; the people who welcomed us were not very friendly, seemed annoyed, and treated us as a disturbance throughout our stay. It might be a personality issue, but if this is the job they should try a bit harder. We’re used to different types of hosts.
