The location is excellent and the facilities are good; breakfast is great. I stayed for four days and the room was never cleaned, linens and towels weren’t changed at all. The Vila de Jeri has sand everywhere, and they didn’t even sweep the floor; the room was covered in sand. They never refilled the toilet paper or took out the bathroom trash. The cleaning service is truly awful, the worst I’ve ever seen. The lodge has few staff; the receptionist was fine, but the kitchen lady was rude and grumpy.
