The place was clean and suitable, but the service and overall experience were decent.

I never actually stayed there; I went to the front desk and told them I wasn’t going to stay and asked for the reservation to be cancelled. Nothing pleased me at all—I found cockroaches and a filthy bathroom, told them I didn’t want the room and asked to cancel, and they said it was already cancelled.
