I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mess we got ourselves into at this hotel. We booked a family room, but when we arrived, they told us it was occupied and offered us two singles instead. One of those rooms was a total nightmare - a sex dungeon, of all things. We'd barely settled in when I asked for a refund, but they refused. The rooms were filthy, and I couldn't even sit down without gagging.

This place has nothing going for it. It's a complete disaster from start to finish.

The staff here are lovely, but the hotel itself is a different story altogether. The cleanliness is questionable, to put it mildly. Our room was a dump, with mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and a stuck tapestry. It was like they didn't even care.

The staff here are super friendly, but that's about where the positives end. They charge you for everything, including water, which is just ridiculous. The hotel itself is old, musty, and cramped, with a seriously run-down vibe. We had a bad experience, to say the least.

The room was actually pretty nice, but the neighbors were a different story. They were renovating the room next door, which was pretty annoying. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room. Not exactly the most relaxing stay.
