The room was great, large and spacious, and the manager was very friendly and adapted to our needs and requests. The price is still quite high for a basic service, and the breakfast was very light.

Veronica, our host, was fantastic throughout our stay—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful with rides and activities. She was super sweet, always attentive, and ready to assist in any way. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Otavalo, a short distance from a beautiful lake, and our stay was very peaceful. The spot is central to many activities and sites in the area. Breakfast each day was prepared and served perfectly and exactly when requested. We really enjoyed our three‑day, two‑night stay. The only downside is that it’s a little far from town (15‑20 minutes) and dining/shopping.

Excellent location if you’re heading to Lake San Pablo. The place is quiet and safe.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful; she arranged reservations at a fine restaurant and set up transportation for us. The beds were very comfortable. I stayed in an upstairs room with a fabulous view of the city.

What really impressed me was how attentive Mrs. Verónica was—she was an excellent host, always looking after us.
