I had a decent stay—quiet, and ordering food was a breeze thanks to the on‑site cafe. The service and hospitality were solid, though a bit more attention to returning guests’ preferences would make the stay even better. If you’re coming back, it’d be nice to get a room on a lower floor.

The host handled any issues that popped up during our staycation with great responsibility. Being in the center of Kuala Kangsar made it easy to find shops, groceries, and halal restaurants. The air‑conditioner didn’t go into cold mode even when set to 16 °C, and the fan was on max.

Overall, the stay was good and the location is strategic—just a few minutes’ drive to town or other tourist spots. The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool, however, was too murky, and the paint was peeling while we were swimming.
