The breakfast buffet was excellent and had something for everyone, while the dinner buffet was just okay; sometimes the items on the display didn't match what was listed. The terrace seats offered a lovely view of Zakynthos. The rooms with private pools were truly beautiful, and we didn't mind that they were visible from the terraces and balconies of other rooms. Some staff members seemed a bit unmotivated and often wore bored expressions, but Alex, who worked the night shift, was especially friendly and left a very positive impression. The cats on the dining terrace were unpleasant; although the staff tried to remove them, they reappeared quickly, which seems common in southern countries.
