Breakfast was lovely and the host that morning was nice. On arrival I tried to speak to an older man about check‑in; he had no English and I had very little Italian. This generally isn’t a problem when people respect the language barrier, but he was abrupt and dismissive. He needs a customer‑relations course ASAP. I will not stay here again or recommend it because of his lack of courtesy. The pool is smaller than shown in the photos but adequate. The room was lovely.

The staff were extremely kind and the place was spotless! I have no negative notes, except that an elevator would be handy if you have bulky luggage.

The small Realis is run with attention to detail and great friendliness. We felt very comfortable! The breakfast is spectacular.
