The room size and facilities are new, well maintained, the location is good and not noisy at night. The breakfast options are a bit limited compared with other hotels in HCM.

Facilities are clean. All staff are kind and friendly. Located in the city centre, convenient for sightseeing.

The front desk staff are superb, and this is my second visit to Sotetsu Grand Fresa Saigon, where they keep impressing with their readiness to help and quick service. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in HCM.
