The location is decent. Being on the 3rd floor and the ground level with no elevator is terrible.

Everything is close by, and Julia plus the whole team are super kind and accommodating—thanks a lot. The beds feel a bit firm and the pillows could use more fluff, but we got stuck in the elevator and they got us out quickly, which was very responsive.
