The team here, especially Alex and Simona, were amazing - they made our stay really special and were super accommodating.
The location is amazing, with beautiful gardens and excellent Wi-Fi.

The whole property was tidy and green outside, but a shuttle to the station would be nice, evening events should be at a reasonable volume, and the glasses could be cleaner.
“Great stay, we would be back again”
The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond; the bed was extremely comfortable, and the air‑con ran all the time, which was great in the summer heat. The buffet was mediocre, the food felt cheap and like something you could make at home, and I expected more variety and regional dishes.
The gardens and the pool were lovely, but the beach was poorly arranged and the overall vibe and activities were lacking; the “all‑inclusive” label was misleading.
