The staff were friendly, yet the room was already unlocked, Sigrid Burns was on the bed, the pillows were filthy, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the walls had black stains.

The room was comfortable, had a fridge and microwave which mattered a lot to us, everything else was fine, but upon arrival they added an extra $10, which I didn’t like since I had already paid the room rate.
