The staff were friendly, the animals were charming, and the place was quiet, but the information given wasn’t exactly as described and the bed really needs to be replaced because of its lack of comfort and the noise it makes.
The food was good, but there were no water fountains scattered throughout the large property, which would have helped avoid carrying water bottles and benefited the environment.
The setting is beautiful, the dirt road is very peaceful to drive on, the staff are very polite and welcoming, always paying special attention to the kids, and a special thanks to Uncle Rato and Uncle Smile for their awesome coffee trail; the accommodation was warm and the Wi‑Fi reached the whole farm.
