“Immersi nel verde e nelle zanzare”
The property sits just a stone’s throw from the best beach in Malapascua, up north, surrounded by local houses and far from the tourist zone. The manager was extremely kind and upgraded my stay. The bungalow was simple but very comfortable, with a fan and a mosquito net. Too many mosquitoes—though it’s jungle, a few sprays or pest control would help; I was covered in bites just to pee! The food prices were too high for the limited options, so I went to a nearby food stall run by a friendly lady to eat cheaper meals.
