No help with luggage, dirty linen, mold, filthy walls and stained filthy carpets. Mosquitoes in the room and furniture falling apart. Pictures on the site are old and not what reality is

The staff were helpful and managed to arrange a better room for me the next day. The facilities need to be improved. I had to look at three different rooms in total within a day and stayed in a temporary room for one night on my first day. However, the room was made up by the staff when I didn’t request it, and it wasn’t made up when I specifically requested housekeeping

Room is average clean. Room is small and not cosy at all

Price was cheap. Room was cleaned every day to high standard. On arrival staff was not friendly and insisted on cash deposit. Signage indicated that there had been problems at this hotel. Room had a mini style price list of items if damaged. When asked man at reception if it was a bad area, he replied without hesitation “Yes”

Nothing good to say. The rooms were very dirty, and the air‑conditioning vent had mold on it. My 79‑year‑old dad started coughing because of all the mold.
