“A most enjoyable stay.”

We loved our stay; the pool was superb, the spa was accessible, the room was roomy with a handy fridge and tea maker, breakfast offered a wide array, and the beach was just a short walk away. The first room we got was tucked in, had no view, and the paddle‑ball court kept us up; after asking for a change, we moved to a nicer room. The evening buffet was fine but could have been better, a sign warned that sunbeds weren’t reservable yet that rule wasn’t followed, and the big sunbeds were always taken early in the morning.

The site is beautiful, the spa huge, the beach a 5‑minute walk, and the staff are quick and friendly. People sit on the sunbeds with their towels all day without using them.

“Local management and “booking” were NOT communicating.”

Booking dot com did not post the correct local phone number. The local staff blamed the lack of communication on the third party vendor, booking. Booking attempted to coordinate a reply to a request but actually did nothing the morning of check-in which caused confusion. Booking website’s communications link was off line for a long time. Unable to coordinated correction to reservation

“Prima hotel”

It’s nice that it’s low‑rise, the room is spacious with a lovely bathroom, the pool is great, and being on the boulevard means plenty of restaurants nearby. Some pool loungers were broken and weren’t replaced, the entrance is hard to find the first time, parking is on the street with enough spots but the payment system isn’t great; the receptionist helped with the payment app.
