We really liked the stay! The room was spacious and one of the most comfortable on our whole trip. The location was also very good, near the bus terminal, metro and train station, with many restaurants and supermarkets close by. We want to give a special thanks to Lúcia, who was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. She stored our luggage while we waited for check‑in and helped us on the departure day. We didn’t know the elevator needed coins, as it hadn’t been necessary before, and we were short on change. With great kindness, she pulled two ten‑cent coins from her own purse, one for each of us. It was a small gesture that made a difference and we remember it fondly. Thank you very much to Lúcia and the whole team for a great stay. We recommend!

The hotel is handy because it’s next to the train station, but that means it’s in a noisy street even with double‑glazed windows. The room and bathroom are roomy and the bedding is comfortable. However, the tap was full of limescale and the shower hadn’t been cleaned properly (there was a half‑used soap bar left behind). The pillows had a strong smell of laundry detergent or perfume, which was quite unpleasant over time.

The staff were very kind and pleasant, and the rooms were spotless and stylish. The street outside is a bit noisy, so you might want to bring ear plugs.

The location is fantastic, the accommodation is gorgeous and spacious—photos don’t do it justice. The staff are extremely helpful and informative, offering great recommendations for restaurants, experiences, or anything you might want to do.
