The layout was nice for us; we could park the car right at the entrance. The room had everything needed. The mattress was terrible – every night felt uncomfortable. On the first floor, the blinds on the windows wouldn’t close because the regulator was broken, and the curtains were already torn.

The room keys fit the neighboring room, which is very unsafe. We checked them because there were no numbers above the correct room, so we accidentally got the wrong one. Is that intentional? The area around the room is dirty, with construction materials. Internet was unreliable, and the basement had almost no signal. There was no air conditioning, and the lighting was insufficient—few bulbs. The table was dirty. The laundry machine, boiler, heater, hair dryer, and the large windowsills were all problematic.
