“Точно вернусь с семьей, и надеюсь он будет так же держать марку! Рекомендую”
Modern, beautiful, authentic hotel in the center of Dushanbe, in Pamir style. Clean, cozy, quiet. Very attentive staff (mostly Pamir people). There is a rooftop pool. There was a delay with the currency exchange, but they arranged it so I could pay during the day. Also, even though my early check‑in request via the platform wasn’t received, the staff let me in after 10:00 instead of the usual 14:00, which was a lifesaver after a night flight. I really liked the hotel, the rooms, the comfort, the equipment, the blackout curtains, the breakfasts, the staff. The staff is very diligent, hospitable, and does everything possible for guests’ comfort and convenience. The bathroom has a full set of necessities. Everything is top level.
I had a room with a door that opened onto a neighboring room, and the neighbor’s phone conversations were very audible. Also, when the neighbors knocked, it was very loud, even though the room itself and the hotel are fairly quiet, despite being close to the main street. There is a rooftop pool, but strangely the elevator only goes to the 8th floor where the pool is, and you can’t get to it on that floor; you have to go down one floor and then walk up the stairs again to the eighth because the elevator is blocked by a partition from the pool corridor. Interestingly, the staff smile mainly at foreigners, not so much at Russian speakers. Young people find it easier to speak English than Russian. Just an observation, not a complaint.
