It’s central and the staff are super friendly, but I was assigned room 112 which faces the kitchen area and there was a lot of noise from early on.

I liked the location and the services that were offered, but the room was overbooked so I couldn’t stay there (the app had already confirmed and I had paid), and the staff didn’t notice there were no rooms left and I couldn’t find another option; looking for another place I ended up at a different hotel where the same manager happened to be and she contacted the front desk and investigated what happened.
