Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Nothing good! Do not stay here! The property misrepresented itself; my husband and I booked a double room as shown in the pictures but received a double bunk bed, a big hole in the wall, a window that wouldn't stay open, a TV that didn't work, and the room was small, dark, and dull.

Nothing good. The room was tiny, the bed hadn't been cleaned, a plug socket was hanging from the wall, and the hallway was blocked with bags of sheets, so I booked another hotel for the last night.

Nothing good, it was terrible. Fleas and cockroaches were in the bed, it stunk, feet hung off the beds, flat pillows, curtains were mouldy.

Wi‑Fi and TV didn't work, the bathroom light didn't work, the front door was old and didn't shut properly, and bags were stacked nearly to the ceiling in the corridors.

The location is great, but it was very smelly, not cleaned, rubbish from a previous guest was still there, staff were unreachable most of the time, especially before arrival, making it an unpleasant experience.
